Chiropractic
Chiropractic care is a non-surgical drug free approach to health and is among the safest of all health care practices. Chiropractors are considered specialists much like a podiatrist or dentist. Simply put chiropractors are experts of the musculoskeletal system.
In our practice the only conditions we treat are musculoskeletal conditions. These mechanical disorders of the body are among the most common afflictions suffered by the population as a whole.
What is a chiropractic adjustment?
The adjustment or manipulation of the joint is generally painless and often is reported to be a pleasurable experience. The purpose of the chiropractic adjustment is to affect or correct the motion and/or function of a vertebral joint. There are many techniques to accomplish this goal. Traditionally the adjustment is a quick thrust or movement that is often accompanied by an audible crack sound. This treatment can be very powerful in restoring motion, increasing performance and correcting abnormal movement.
